Ballinor Exceeded our expectations right from check-in! To be taken to the unit, shown Parking, Heat Pump/Air Con explained, told about Restaurants and day trips of the are, SPA Bath very relaxing, Décor fresh and upto date, Nice litle touches too! Each unit has there own private little courtyards, they have hand soap pumps in the bathrooms, Tissue dispensers and even Lolly Pops! A Big shout out to the cleaners, Very clean! Just Awesome!

The lovely phone manner was the deciding vote on where we stayed tonight.
We were excited to see how modern our room was and how welcome we were made to feel.
It was also a nice touch how you guided us through our room and how to use all the facilities.
It’s obvious that you are passionate about your business , it definitely shows.
At the end of the day, it was the quality of your service that made our stay really enjoyable
and we will definitely be returning

2nd time I have stayed here, Apart from the exceptional standard of the room, David is the greatest asset! Nothing is a problem, if I ever stay anywhere else in Hamilton it will only be because they are booked out here!
I spend a lot of time on the road and this is undoubtedly Exceptional !

NZWe often stay in Hotels, a recurring comment from our crew and guests was the customer service here at Ballinor, exceptional and friendly service was sincerely appreciated. We all agreed it sets Ballinor apart from the rest! We don’t need restaurants and bars, we need a happy haven where dramas are left behind especially in our line of work, (TV Filming etc).

We were treated to a night at the Ballinor Motor Inn, for our honeymoon. What a treat it was! The manager, David, was a most personable and courteous host, going out of his way to ensure our happiness and comfort, on our special night. He endeavoured to fulfill our needs at every request. The unit itself was very tastefully appointed. The bed was the absolute epitome of comfort, the kitchen facilities more than adequate, television was modern and able to be seen from all rooms in the unit, and the added touch of 14 SKY channels a great bonus. The double spabath was just the luxury we wanted, and sipping our champagne together, surrounded by bubbles, we saluted the Ballinor! Good job David, keep up the great, high quality service!
